摘  要：高校思想政治工作质量评价是对思想政治教育活动开展情况所做出的价值判断，是高校思想政治工作改革和完善的关键。新时代高校思想政治工作质量评价呈现出了新的时代特征，评价内容更契合思想政治教育工作的发展要求。在新的历史条件下，教育管理部门和各高校要准确把握质量评价的时代特征，积极探索质量评价的实施路径，构建出科学、合理的质量评价体系，真正发挥出质量评价在思想政治工作中的重要作用。

Abstract： The quality evaluation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is a value judgment on the development of ideological and political education activities， and is the key to the reform and improvement of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In the new era， the quality evaluation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities presents new characteristics of the times， and the evaluation content is more in line with the development requirements of ideological and political education. Under the new historical conditions， education management departments and universities should accurately grasp the characteristics of the times of quality evaluation， actively explore the implementation path of quality evaluation， construct a scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system， and truly play an important role in ideological and political work.

教育质量评估是评判教育工作开展情况的一种行之有效的手段和方法。近几年，国家越来越重视教育评估和教学质量评估工作，并且把评估机制延伸到了思想政治教育领域當中，逐步建立起高校的思想政治工作质量评价体系。但是，从目前情况来看，高校思想政治工作质量评价仍然存在着评价对象不明确、评价方法单一、评价指标不科学等问题。究其根源，主要是因为高校思想政治工作质量评价与时代脱轨，与现有的教育发展规律和人才培养目标不相符。因此，本文在前人研究的基础上，深入挖掘学习型社会、互联网、大数据、融媒体视域下的思想政治工作质量评价体系的时代特征，从而探索构建符合新时代要求的高校思想政治工作质量评价体系。

一、高校思想政治工作质量评价研究回顾
