摘  要：新媒体时代对人民警察的媒介素养提出了更高的要求，公安院校媒介素养教育的重要性日益凸显。文章通过对新媒体时代背景的分析，阐述了公安院校开展媒介素养教育的现实意义，明确了公安院校媒介素养教育的主要内容，探讨了公安院校媒介素养教育的实施途径，以期对公安院校开展媒介素养教育有所裨益。

Abstract： The new media era puts forward higher requirements for the media literacy of the police， and the importance of media literacy education in public security colleges is increasingly prominent. Based on the analysis of the background of the new media era， this paper expounded the practical significance and defined the main contents as well as probed into the implementation ways of the media literacy education in public security colleges. These results therefore would provide an indication and benefits of public security colleges aimed at developing media literacy education.

新媒体时代的到来，使得传统的媒体类型及信息传播方式发生了天翻地覆的变化。与此同时，警务工作与新媒体也结合的越来越紧密，接触各种各样的新媒介，已经成为新媒体时代警务工作的常态。对于每个警察而言，良好的媒介素养是应对信息化社会的基本素养，也是新时代警察职业素养的自然延伸。公安院校学生作为具备大学生和预备警官双重身份的特殊青年群体，媒介素养的高低直接关系到其步入工作岗位后能否有效的获取、研判相关媒介信息，以及能否建設性的利用新媒体开展警务工作。公安院校作为培养未来警官的主要阵地，在公安教育体系中导入媒介素养教育相关课程，开展相关实践，不仅有利于公安院校学生自身媒介素养的提高，也有利于警察队伍媒介素养的整体提升。

一、公安院校开展媒介素养教育的现实意义

面对新媒体时代复杂的执法环境，公安民警的媒介素养已经不仅仅是个人素养的问题，而是成为构建和谐警媒关系、树立公安队伍形象、提升公安公信力的必然要求。……
