摘  要：实践教学对提高一流农学本科人才培养质量有重要意义，文章在分析加强实践教学必要性基础上，以甘肃农业大学一流农学本科专业实践教学为例，发现实践教学的重视度不够、教学基地建设与师资队伍建设滞后、教学的方式传统单一以及考核方式不合理是影响实践教学质量的主要问题，未来应优化培养目标和培养方案、改革实践教学体系、完善实践教学模式、优化师资队伍建设、完善实践教学平台、改善实践基地硬件软件条件、建立实践教学考核机制。

关键词：农学专业;实践教学;问题;对策

Abstract： Practice teaching is of great significance to improve the quality of first-class agricultural undergraduate talents. Based on the analysis of the necessity of strengthening the practice teaching， the paper takes the practice teaching of the first-class agronomy undergraduate in Gansu Agricultural University as an example， and finds that the primary questions are the lack of attention to the practice teaching， the lagging behind of the construction of teaching base and teaching staff， and the traditional single teaching method and the unreasonable assessment method. In the future， we should optimize the training objectives and programs， reform the practice teaching system， improve the practice teaching mode， optimize the construction of teaching staff， improve the practice teaching platform， improve the hardware and software of the practice base， and establish the practice teaching assessment mechanism.

农业作为我国国民经济重要的基础产业，其发展需要农业科技人才支撑，农业现代化、脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴、环境保护等新时代农业发展方向，培養适应时代发展需要的农业专业人才刻不容缓。总体上，具备扎实的理论、实践动手能力和创新能力是绝大多数农业院校人才的主要培养目标和人才衡量标准[2]。2015年，国家《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》的出台[3]，创新型人才成为“双一流”人才培养的重要任务，学生的创新意识、创新思维、创新能力和创新人格的培养成为人才培养的重点任务[4]。我国的高等院校从培养目标的制定、培养方案与培养模式的优化及改革探索、实践教学改革等方面进行了高质量人才培养的创新尝试[5-8]，为人才培养提出了宝贵的经验，但目前多数高校的人才培养质量仍与双一流人才培养目标存在巨大的差距。……
