摘  要：幼儿园绘本阅读作为幼儿教学活动的重要内容，受到了教师的广泛关注。本文针对当前幼儿园绘本阅读教学的发展需要，梳理其中存在的教学问题，实现对于绘本阅读教学的正确认知。同时在满足教学和幼儿发展需要的基础上，提出有助于绘本阅读教学开展的对策，帮助绘本阅读真正发挥教育作用，最终实现幼儿的健康成长和教学资源的有效利用。

Problems and Countermeasures of picture book reading teaching in kindergarten

【Abstract】Kindergarten picture book reading，as an important part of children's teaching activities，has been widely concerned by teachers. In this paper，according to the development needs of the current kindergarten picture book reading teaching，combing the existing teaching problems，to achieve the correct understanding of picture book reading teaching. At the same time，on the basis of meeting the needs of teaching and children's development，this paper puts forward some countermeasures that are helpful to the development of picture book reading teaching，so as to help picture book reading really play an educational role，and finally realize the healthy growth of children and the effective use of teaching resources.

對于幼儿园阶段的幼儿来说，他们具有具象思维的特征，通过阅读绘本的方式能够帮助他们感受语言的美感，使得他们在富于变化的图画中获得美的体验，最终实现幼儿阅读能力和阅读兴趣的培养。幼儿园的绘本阅读活动以绘本作为依托，同时在幼儿教师有效的教学设计下，幼儿能够在阅读中获得良好的阅读体验和感受，也能潜移默化地获得对于文化的认知，实现知识的增进和情感的熏陶，最终达到绘本教学价值的有效发挥。

1.当前幼儿园绘本阅读教学的问题

（1）幼儿教师的教学水平有待提升

在绘本教学活动中，教师由于缺乏专业的知识储备，出现了教学设计不合理、教学方法单一的问题，难以真正发挥绘本的阅读价值，幼儿与绘本之间的互动性也不高。教师的教学知识缺乏，经常会照搬现成的教学案例，这样就导致了教学方法与教学内容的“水土不服”，不能达到预期的教学效果。……
