摘  要：“青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强。”大学生是民族繁荣昌盛的中流砥柱，是红色基因继承纽带，在高校思政教育中引入红色文化资源是因时而进、因势而新的，是符合时代发展要求的。因此，在新时期下，我们要充分利用红色文化资源，发扬红色传统，加强高校学生的思政教育，实现真正意义上的红色基因根植于大学生群体的灵魂深处，帮助高校学生树立正确的三观，激发当代学生爱国情、强国志、报国行，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。文章以广西为例，概述了红色文化资源和思想政治教育的关系，阐述了广西红色文化资源的构成，分析了当前广西运用红色文化资源加强高校思政教育存在的问题，并提出了挖掘广西红色文化资源，强化思想政治教育的有效策略。

Abstract： "When the youth prosper， the country prospers; when the youth are strong， the country is strong." College students are the mainstay of national prosperity and the link of red gene inheritance. The introduction of red cultural resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is developing with the times and updating with the changes of the circumstances， which is in line with the requirements of the times. Therefore， under the new era， we should make full use of the red culture resources， carry forward the traditional red， strengthen college students' ideological and political education， in the true sense of the red gene grounding soul university groups， help university students to establish correct overlooks on the world， life and values， to inspire the contemporary students' patriotism， ambition of strengthening the country， action of serving the country and encourage them to contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Taking Guangxi as an example， this paper summarizes the relation of red cultural resources and ideological and political education， expounds the composition of the red cultural resources in Guangxi， analyzes on the problems existing in the use of red cultural resources to strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Guangxi， and puts forward effective strategies to exploit the red cultural resources to strengthen the ideological and political education in Guangxi.

紅色是一种革命精神的传承，是我党鲜明的政治底色，红色基因是中华民族共存共荣的精神族谱，是流淌在千万党员血脉中的遗传因子，是生命密码和初心原点，是实现“中国梦”的核心政治优势。红色基因在坚定大学生群体精神追求、理想信念方面发挥着重要作用。为打好学生群体的政治底色，习近平总书记立足于文化传承和国家战略发展高度，多次提出讲好红色故事，传承红色基因，因此高校要全面贯彻落实总书记精神，依托红色基因，讲好红色故事，在大学生血脉中融入红色基因，深化其家国情怀，为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而不懈奋斗。……
