摘  要：高职院校混合式教学改革创新是新时代思想政治理论课（以下简称思政课）全面落实信息时代教学部署，凸显现代化教育发展趋势的新尝试;是思政课全面落实立德树人根本任务，守正创新建设的规律遵循和本质要求;是满足“00”后大学生的情感诉求和价值实现路径，“以学习者为中心”的课程改革创新新方向;是发挥传统课程与网络课堂协同发展的混合教学双优势，体现思政课教学服务最大值的必然性要求。

Abstract： The reform and innovation of mixed teaching in higher vocational colleges is a new attempt to highlight the development trend of modern education. It is the law compliance and essential requirements of keeping upright and innovative construction， and to fully implement the fundamental task of "building a virtuous person" education; it is a new direction of "learner-centered" curriculum reform and innovation to meet the emotional appeal and value realization path of post-zero college students; it is to give full play to the advantages of traditional courses and online classrooms and reflect the inevitable requirement of maximum teaching services.

深化高职思政课创新改革是新时期落实中央及教育部对思政课要求的积极部署，各高校依据学校类型及学生需求转变思政课传统教学模式，开展思政课混合式教学探索日益成为现代学习的新常态，是适应高校人才培养需要、提高思政课程教学质量、提升学生学习兴趣、发挥信息时代优势、实现教学效果最大值的最好选择。

一、总体布局、全面落实教育信息化的创新部署

（一）凸显职业教育现代化中的思政课创新指引

“没有职业教育现代化就没有教育现代化”，职业教育是国家教育的重要组成部分，高职教育重在发挥职教优势，培养德才兼备全面发展的技能型人才，为国家建设和发展作出突出贡献。高职院校思政课是高职学生意识形态教育的主渠道，承担着培养技能型人才的首要任务，在教育现代化的浪潮中思政课建设也要一马当先，融入信息化教学手段，改进课程教学方法，探索现代化思政课教育模式。……
