摘  要：“课程思政”是贯彻党的教育方针和落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求，对了解高校“课程思政”的实施状况具有重要的现实意义。调查研究发现，地方高校师范生公共必修课在“课程思政”实施中还存在着不少问题：实施范围不深入，师生观念不受重视;课程教学目标、内容单一，有碍“课程思政”实施;教学方法、评价传统等。基于这些问题，地方高校提升师范生公共必修课“课程思政”实施效果的策略应该是：深入宣传和教育，让“课程思政”观念深入人心;聚焦核心价值观，完善课程教学目标;厘清学科素养，加强思政内容与课程的有机结合;创新教学方法和评价，追求“课程思政”的自然效果。

Abstract： "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" is an inevitable requirement to carry out the Party's educational policy and the basic task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people. It is of great practical significance to comprehend the implementation status of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" in colleges and universities. The investigation shows that there are still many problems in the implementation of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" for local normal university students， such as the problems that the implementation scope is not deep， and teachers and students pay little attention to the concept; the unitary teaching objective and content hinders the implementation of the course and the problems about teaching methods， evaluation traditions， etc. Based on these problems， the strategies of local colleges and universities to improve the implementation effect of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses"， a required public course for normal university students， should be as follows： further improve propaganda and education to make the concept of "Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses" popular; focus on core values and improve the teaching objectives of the course; clarify the subject accomplishment and strengthen the organic combination of ideological and political content and curriculum; innovate teaching method and evaluation so as to purchase s natural effect in the education of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.

2016年习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上发表重要讲话，指出要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。[1]随后在2017年、2018年和2019年，習总书记在有关不同场合都发表了相同精神的讲话。于是各高校认真贯彻落实习总书记讲话精神，把“课程思政”提上育人日程。那么，“课程思政”在地方高校实施的效果如何呢？为此，作者对地方高校师范生公共必修课“课程思政”实施状况进行了小范围的调查研究。……
