摘  要：高职扩招标志着高职院校的发展进入了一个新时代，但也出现了许多新情况新问题。基于扩招后产生的生源多元化和异质性，师资队伍的薄弱化和短时性、教育教学模式的单一化和陈旧性等状况，文章对高职院校的教育教学模式的有效性进行了几个方面的探索：（1）重视师资队伍和大教育观建设;（2）建立柔性的教育教学模式;（3）创建理实一体化的教学模式、采用宽进严出的教育教学制度等，以便更有效地提升高职院校的教育水平和教学质量，快速推动高职院校成长为高素质技能型的人才培养高地。

Abstract： Vocational college enrollment expansion marks the development of higher vocational colleges has entered a new era， but there have been many new situation new problems. We are faced with the problems of the students' diversity and heterogeneity， the weakness and shortage of the teaching staff， the unitary and outdated teaching mode. This paper explores the effectiveness of the teaching mode in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects： （1）The construction of teaching staff and the concept of big education should be stressed; （2）A flexible teaching mode should be established; （3）An integrated teaching mode should be constructed and a wide and strict teaching system should be adopted. Its purpose is to improve the education level and teaching quality in higher vocational colleges more effectively， and rapidly promote higher vocational colleges to become a training platform for high-quality skilled talents.

一、概述

2019年国家《政府工作报告》中提出要改革和完善高职院校的考试和招生办法，除应届高中毕业生之外，鼓励更多的退役军人、下岗职工和农民工到高职院校学习，并且扩招100万人。这是一项重大的教育改革工程，不仅可以为中国未来持续的经济增长储备人力资源，也有利于提升中华民族的整体国民素质。这是国家保就业的重要举措，是经济高质量发展的重要战略举措，也是国家需要更多的各种类型和多元层次的技术技能人才的需要。这些举措推动高职院校的发展进入了一个全新的时代，全国也随之掀起了一场职业教育教学革命的浪潮。

随着中国社会的迅速发展，中国进入了科技和信息时代，中国的劳动密集型产业正在被或者说已经被技术密集型的工业和现代化的服务业所取代，社会竞争日益激烈，就业难度越来越大。……
