摘  要：校企合作是职业教育培养技术技能型人才的必要基础，对职业教育提升内涵和创新发展都具有十分重要的意义，工学结合、校企合作已成为职业教育人才培养的基本模式。但目前校企合作现状并不令人满意，规模小、稳定性差、自觉性、规范性和约束力不强、层次和密切性不高等问题仍十分普遍。尤其是面向小微新类企业的职教融合方面，几乎还是一片空白，一方面，高职院校在实践教学改革中，迫切需要深化校企合作关系，拓宽校企合作渠道;另一方面，小微新类企业受制于自身规模实力的限制，又难以找到契合的校企合作机会。文章针对上述校企合作面临的现实问题，聚焦小微新类企业的现实需求，搭建校企合作服务平台，总结已有合作实践经验，分析校企合作服务平台的关键成功因素，探索提供专业化协同育人对接服务的内容与方法，以期促进高职院校职教改革和小微新类企业健康成长，实现学校、企业、平台三方多赢。

Abstract： School-enterprise cooperation is a necessary foundation for vocational education to cultivate technical and technical talents. It is of great significance to the promotion of vocational education and innovative development. The combination of work and learning and school-enterprise cooperation has become the basic model of vocational education talent training. However， the status of school-enterprise cooperation is not satisfactory. The problems of small scale， poor stability， consciousness， weak standardization and binding， low level and closeness are still very common. In particular， the integration of vocational education for small， micro， and new enterprises is still almost blank. On the one hand， in the practice processof teaching reform， higher vocational colleges urgently need to strengthen the relationship between schools and enterprises，broaden the channels for cooperation between schools and enterprises. On the other hand， small and micro enterprises are restricted by their own scale and strength. So it is difficult to find suitable opportunities for school-enterprise cooperation. This paper focuses on the practical problems of the above-mentioned school-enterprise cooperation， the actual need of small and micro-new enterprises and builds a school-enterprise cooperation service platform. It summarizes the existing cooperation practice experience， analyzes the key success factors of the school-enterprise cooperation service platform， and explores the provision of specialization cooperating with the content and methods of the education and docking service. The aim of the study is to promote the reform of vocational education in vocational colleges and the healthy growth of small and micro enterprises， and achievesa win-win situation among schools， enterprises and platforms.

作為高等教育的一种类型和重要组成部分，高职教育在我国科教兴国战略和人才强国战略中，发挥着越来越重要的作用，党的十九大对国家未来发展绘就新蓝图，对职业教育提出了“完善职业教育和培训体系，深化产教融合、校企合作”的新要求。产教融合、校企合作已成为职业教育人才培养的基本模式，只有在坚持立德树人基础上不断深化“产教融合、校企合作、工学结合”，才能持续推动我国职业教育实现高质量、特色化发展。……
