【摘  要】幼儿身心健康是其他领域学习以及发展的基础，身心健康的主要标志就是强健的体质、良好的身体和生活习惯、协调的动作、愉快的情绪与基本生活能力。要促进幼儿的身心健康发展，就要注重幼儿劳动教育，当前劳动教育中存在一些问题，使教育效果受限，这就需要采取有效的教育措施，基于此，本文分析了幼儿园劳动教育跨领域的开展。

【Abstract】The physical and mental health of young children is the basis for learning and development in other fields. The main indicators of physical and mental health are strong physical fitness， good physical and living habits， coordinated movements， pleasant emotions and basic living abilities. To promote the development of childrens physical and mental health， it is necessary to pay attention to child labor education. There are some problems in current labor education that limit the effectiveness of education. This requires effective education measures. Based on this， this article analyzes the cross-field labor education of kindergartens. Unfold.

《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》中强调了幼儿劳动教育，要求幼儿园要与社会和家庭合作，引导幼儿了解自己亲人和自己生活相关的不同行业人们的劳动，培养他们对劳动者的热爱之情，能够尊重别人的劳动成果。在教育的过程中，幼儿的创造力、动手能力、实践能力以及责任感都会得到提升，对于幼儿的身心发展具有积極影响。可以说劳动教育是幼儿一种有效的学习方式，对幼儿的劳动习惯、态度和能力有着重要影响，而且反思当前幼儿教育中的不足，幼儿园应立足于劳动意识的培养，开展劳动教育。

一、幼儿园劳动教育中的问题

（一）劳动教育内容不全面

以往幼儿园开展的劳动教育，内容主要是围绕幼儿的自我服务劳动、收拾玩具、分发点心等，对于养殖花草和饲养动物等活动则很少开展，而且只是将活动内容限制在室内，并未有效的利用场外条件。

（二）幼儿园提供的劳动教育条件有限

因为场地方面的限制，大多数幼儿园在劳动教育方面的硬件设施配置都存在不齐全的问题，比如，没有种植园、花园、运动室等，限制了一些简单劳动的开展。……
