【摘  要】班主任与学生之间的沟通交流的方式与氛围对学生学习态度与心理状态有直接的影响。初中生本身就比较敏感，容易钻牛角尖，自尊心极强，班主任在管理初中生时若是无法掌握良好的沟通技巧就很容易导致师生关系紧张，学生叛逆心理严重，不利于班级良好学习氛围的形成，而学生是很容易受到环境的影响的，这也就直接导致教学质量直线下降。因此，为了避免出现这些情况的情况，并提升教学质量，本文将就提升初中班主任工作中的沟通技巧的策略进行研究分析。

Communication Skills in the Work of Junior High School Teachers

【Abstract】The communication method and atmosphere between the head teacher and the students have a direct impact on the students' learning attitude and psychological state.The junior high school students themselves are more sensitive， easy to get in the way， and have strong self-esteem. If the head teacher cannot master good communication skills when managing the junior high school students， it will easily lead to tensions between teachers and students， and the students have serious rebellious psychology， which is not conducive to the formation of a good learning atmosphere in the class.And students are easily affected by the environment， which directly leads to a straight decline in the quality of teaching.Therefore， in order to avoid these situations and improve the quality of teaching， this article will research and analyze the strategies for improving the communication skills of the junior high school class teacher.

一、站在學生的角度思考问题，深入了解与尊重学生

班主任在班级管理工作中发挥的是引导的作用，其需要面对的管理对象是学生，但是需要注意的是初中学生不同于小学生，其自由独立的意识正处于极速觉醒的关键期，同时初中生的情绪管理能力又较弱，敏感多疑，自尊心极强害怕被人嘲笑，此时班主任在管理学生的时候若是采取错误的沟通方式，像是命令、管控、独裁等，这就会造成学生产生一定的逆反情绪，不及时疏通就有可能导致学生与教师之间出现矛盾冲突。若想避免出现这种情况，班主任需要站在学生的角度思考问题，引导学生换位思考，并且深入了解以及尊重学生。
