摘  要：近年来，我国教育部门对学生的心理健康教育的关注度逐年增加，心理健康教育已经逐步成为学校教育中的重要组成部分。学校把提升学生的心理素质和性格培养视为心理健康教育的重点发展方向。我校不仅从学校制度中对学生的心理教育问题做了明确规定，还成立了以学校领导为中心的教育部门，以班级为核心的心理教育主体，构建了心理健康教育网络体系。积极创设符合学生成长阶段的心理教育活动，从不同的角度着手学生的心理健康教育。以关爱学生成长为目标，明确学校领导、班主任教师以及心理健康教师的岗位职责，结合学校资源开展科学有效的心理健康教育 。

Constructing the way of mental health education of "caring and growing"

【Abstract】In recent years，China's education departments pay more attention to students' mental health education year by year，and mental health education has gradually become an important part of school education. The school regards improving students' psychological quality and character training as the key development direction of mental health education. Our school has not only made clear provisions on students' Psychological Education from the school system，but also established an education department with school leadership as the center，and the psychological education subject with the class as the core，and constructed the network system of mental health education. Actively create psychological education activities in line with students' growth stage，and start students' mental health education from different angles. To care for the growth of students as the goal，clear school leaders，class teachers and mental health teachers' job responsibilities，combined with school resources to carry out scientific and effective mental health education.

我国传统教育更侧重于对学生的科学知识、文化素养的培养工作，对学生的心理健康教育不够重视。随着教育事业的不断发展，稳步推进以学生发展为主的新型教学模式，进而更加关注学生发展的全面性、健康性。一个良好、健康的心理环境是学生良好价值观形成的必要条件，也是培养学生健全人格、良好品质的根本途径。为了实现真正意义上的素质教育，更加关注学生的内心问题，让心理课程不能缺席学生的成长历程。通过多种有效方式开展教育工作，让学校的心理健康教育体系更加完善，学生的发展更加全面，为学生构建科学发展的心理之路。……
