摘  要：为了更深入了解动物医学等农业类专业在校大学生在当前严峻就业形势下的思想状态，进而因人而异、因势指导，帮助大学生扣好成长中的扣子，本调查选取河南农业大学牧医工程学院、农学院、林学院等各农业专业在校大学生，围绕考研、就业、大学生村官及兼职等焦点问题进行了随机抽样调查。结果表明：就业方面，大学生普遍感到就业压力大;大学生毕业后就业意愿多元化;36.3%受调查者明确表示愿意当村官;福利待遇是毕业生择业时的主要考虑因素;在校大学生做兼职现象普遍，但多数与自身专业无关，对自身能力提升有限;同时，校园考证热现象依然存在。考研方面，大多家庭支持考研;部分毕业生考研目的不明确;41.5%受调查者是为学历而考研;院校的实力是影响考研者选择报考的主要因素之一。

Abstract： In order to know more about the ideological state of college students majoring in animal medicine and other agricultural majors under the current severe employment situation， and give them more help， we selected the college students of animal husbandry and medical engineering， agricultural college and forestry college of Henan Agricultural University， and a random sampling survey was conducted around the focus of postgraduate studies， employment， university student village officials and part-time jobs. The results show that： the college students generally feel great employment pressure; college students' have many choice after graduation， and when they choose a job， the welfare is the main factor; 36.3% of the respondents express they want to be village officials; many students usually do the part-time jobs， but the improvement of their ability is limited; at the same time， the campus certificate hot phenomenon still exists. About the postgraduate entrance examination， although most families support the postgraduate entrance examination， some graduates' purpose is not clear. We learned that the strength of colleges is one of the main inflecting factors.

一、概述

在當前情况下，就业是社会关心的一个热点问题，而大学毕业后的去向一直是困扰大学生的问题，也是大学生就业指导工作的难点[1-2]。目前，大学生毕业后主要有就业和继续深造两个方向[3-4]。由于90年代末出现的大学扩招现象导致目前大学毕业生过剩，我国大学生就业形势极其严竣，大学生就业压力很大，随着用人单位对学历要求越来越高，也催生了大学生的考研热[5]。如何开展就业指导工作对国家人才的培养和社会的建设都有重要意义[6]。……
