摘  要：以我院土木工程实训基地为基础，建立“虚实结合”实训中心，运用现代信息技术，突破对实践时间、空间和资源使用的限制，随时随地，达到实现只要有网络的环境就可以进行虚拟仿真训练的效果，同时将虚拟与现实有机结合作为一种信息化教育、教学手段在土木工程专业创新“五式”实践教学体系，提高教学成效，提高学生的专注度，反馈度和自由度。

Abstract： On the basis of our civil engineering training base， we can establish a training center with the combination of the virtue and reality and use the modern information technology to breakthrough the limitation on the practice time， space and resource usage and can reach a effect of having a virtual simulation training as long as there is a network environment in anytime and anywhere， at the same time the organic combination virtue and reality， as a kind of information-based education， teaching means in the "five type" practice teaching system of civil engineering professional innovation and improve the teaching results， improve the students' concentration， degree of feedback and degree of freedom.

前言

“十一五”期间，我国高校建立了501个国家级实验教学示范中心，涵盖了33个学科;“十二五”期间，2011年有100个部属院校建立国家级实验教学示范中心，2012年有120个省属院校建立国家级实验教学示范中心。

2013年（教高司函〔2013〕94号），提出虚拟仿真实验教学是高等教育信息化建设和实验教学示范中心建设的重要内容，是学科专业与信息技术深度融合的产物。2017年高教司发布了《教育部办公厅2017-2020年开展示范性虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设的通知》，明确统筹规划到2020年认定1000项左右示范性虚拟仿真实验室教学项目。

虚拟仿真实验教学已经从“十二五”时期强调虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设、商业化虚拟仿真实验教学项目集成与局部应用共享为主的初始普及阶段，进入到“十三五”時期强调具有自主知识产权的示范性虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设与大规模在线开发共享为主的深入发展阶段。

我院对土木工程专业的培养目标定位为实践能力较强，有创新意识的应用型人才。……
