摘  要：在基础教育阶段中，《道德与法治》是一门以学生生活为基础、道德与法治观念培养为目的的综合性课程。生活化教学是素质教育理论实践的产物，广泛运用到各个学科教学中，在《道德与法治》课程教学中，以学生的日常生活为基础，促使教学更加贴近学生的生活，确保小学《道德与法治》课教学更具有实在意义和价值。本文基于立德树人根本目标，分析小学《道德与法治》课教学开展生活化教学的意义，并提出具体有效的生活化教学策略，供广大教师借鉴与参考。

Build morality and cultivate people

——Life oriented teaching in moral and rule of law in primary school

【Abstract】In the stage of basic education，"morality and rule of law" is a comprehensive course which is based on students' life and aims at cultivating the concept of morality and rule of law. Life oriented teaching is the product of the theory and practice of quality education，which is widely used in the teaching of various disciplines. In the teaching of "morality and rule of law"，based on the students' daily life，promotes the teaching to be closer to the students' life，and ensures that the primary school "morality and rule of law" teaching has more practical significance and value. Based on the fundamental goal of moral education，this paper analyzes the significance of life oriented teaching in primary school "morality and rule of law" course，and puts forward specific and effective life teaching strategies for teachers' reference.

自《品德與生活》改名为《道德与法治》，教材内容更具有实用价值，更贴近学生的实际生活，生活化教学也显得更加重要，将生活化教学全面贯彻到各个教学环节中，可有效增强学生的学习体验，激发学生对《道德与法治》课程的学习兴趣，提高学生的道德修养。所以只有将教学内容融入生活、贴近生活，才能真正意义上体验生活，落实“立德树人”的根本目标。“生活即教育”是我国著名教育学家陶行知先生的教育理念，要求教学内容与生活紧密联系，重点培养学生的知识运用能力，提高学生的“生活能力”和“行动能力”。因此，只有始终坚持“立德树人”的根本目标，实施生活化的《道德与法治》教学，才能帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观，形成良好的道德品质。因此加强生活化教学模式研究能够更好的提升小学道德与法治立德树人理念的实现。……
