摘  要：农村地区与城市地区相比，在教育資源方面明显不足，基于“互联网+”背景下，为了提升农村地区的小学教育水平，要重视利用信息技术的优势，实现对农村小学教育的改革，综合应用多项重要举措，实现农村小学教育质量的提升，为农村学生的发展创造有利条件。以下主要针对于当前农村地区小学教育之中存在的主要问题展开简单分析与探讨。本文首先分析了当前农村小学教育中存在的问题，随后基于“互联网+”背景探讨了提升农村小学教育质量的措施，希望为有关专业人士带来一定的参考与借鉴。

Discussion on Rural Primary Education under the Background of "Internet+"

【Abstract】Primary school primary school education in primary school city is the Internet plus background. In order to improve the level of primary education in rural areas，we should pay attention to the advantage of information technology，realize the reform of rural primary education，and apply a number of important measures to achieve the goal of improving the quality of rural primary education，and create favorable conditions for the development of rural students. 。 The following is a brief analysis and discussion of the main problems existing in the current primary education in rural areas. Primary school education is primary and secondary. In this paper，the problems in rural primary education are analyzed. Then，based on the "Internet plus" background，measures to improve the quality of rural primary school education are discussed，hoping to provide some reference for the relevant professionals.

1.信息技术在农村小学教育中应用意义

（1）激发学生的学习兴趣

对小学阶段的学生来讲，丰富的教学形式会更能吸引学生的注意力，提高学生的学生兴趣。尤其是在农村小学，由于教育资源比较有限，教师授课通常采用的都是单一结构的讲解模式。这就让天性活泼，身心发展又不成熟的小学阶段学生在课堂学习中很难提起兴致。为了解决单一的授课模式导致学生审美疲劳的问题，在实际教学课堂中，教师可以将所要传授给学生们的知识点转移到多媒体设备中。运用多媒体设备，让课本材料也能拥有适配的丰富声音和充足的影像资料，在生动多彩的形式中进行小学学科教学。教师也可以运用多媒体设备在课堂上呈现出更多生动……
