摘  要：现如今，在素质教育不断深化与改革的大背景下，高校在管理学生过程中，如果一味的运用单一、传统的学生管理模式，忽视了思政教育作用的发挥，会影响学生管理效果与水平的提升。因此，文章主要探究高校学生管理与思想政治教育融合的实际路径，通过对高校学生管理现状的认知，学生管理与思政教育关系的把握，更加深刻的意识到思政教育在学生管理工作中的重要性，积极的运用思想政治教育的内容优化高校学生管理工作，逐步提升高校学生管理工作的效率与质量，为国家与社会培养出更加高素质的人才。

Abstract： Nowadays， in the context of the continuous deepening and reform of quality-oriented education， colleges and universities in the process of student management， if blindly using a single， traditional student management model， ignoring the role of ideological and political education， it will affect the effect and level of student management. Therefore， this paper explores the fusionpath ofcollege student management and ideological and political education.Through the understanding of the current situation of student management in colleges and universities and the relationship between student management and ideological and political education， the author is deeply aware of the importance of ideological and political education in student management. The paper proposesusing the contents of the ideological and political education to optimize the student management work in colleges and universities， gradually improves university students' management work efficiency and quality to cultivatehigh-quality talents for the country and society.

前言

在高校各項管理工作中，学生管理工作是高校管理工作的核心与重点，加强对学生科学、有效的管理，能够促进高校各项教育教学活动更好地开展与进行，促进高校各项管理工作能够有条不紊的运行。与此同时，当前，高校的辅导员以及其他教师在对学生进行管理时，由于管理模式、管理思维的局限与落后，很多大学生并不服从管教，这大大地增加了学生管理的难度，影响和阻碍了学校教育教学活动的更好开展，也制约了大学生更好、更全面地发展。基于此，在高校学生管理工作中强化思想政治教育，使得二者之间得到更好地融合与渗透，积极的运用思想政治教育的内容来培养大学生优秀的思想道德素质与科学文化素养，引导大学生更好地树立正确的人生价值理念、坚定自己的政治立场、维护国家各项利益，从而促进高校大学生更加积极、全面的成长与发展。……
