摘  要：目的：分析陕西省农村订单定向医学生的就业和规培情况，了解毕业定向生就业履约状况及影响因素，为完善相关政策提供依据。方法：采用自编调查问卷，应用抽查的调查方法对陕西省三所医学院校五届毕业生进行调查。结果：陕西省农村订单定向医学生的平均履约率为93.3%;95.6%的毕业生在乡镇卫生院工作;学生毕业当年参加规培的比例为94.2%;规培期间有违约想法的定向生比例为54.5%。结论：有关部门应在加强对定向生履约管理的同时，改进招录、培养、就业、规培等细节工作，强化基层医疗卫生单位的履约意识。

Abstract： Objective： This study aims to analyze the employment and standardized residency training status of targeted admission medical students in Shaanxi province， and understand the performance status and influencing factors of graduation targeted admission medical students， and provide policy recommendations. Methods： A self-compiled questionnaire is used to investigate the graduates from three medical colleges in Shaanxi province. Results： the contract fulfillment rate of targeted admission medical students in Shaanxi province was 93.3%. 95.6% of the graduates work in township hospitals; 94.2% of the students took part in the program after graduation. The proportion of directional students who have the idea of default during the training period was 54.5%. Conclusion： The relevant departments should improve the details of recruitment， training， employment and training， so as to strengthen the awareness of the implementation of the grass-roots units.

為解决农村基层卫生人力资源紧缺问题，国家发改委等五部门2010年印发了《开展农村订单定向医学生免费培养工作实施意见》，着力为农村基层医疗机构培养输送医学生。考虑到地区间经济发展不平衡的现实情况，中央财政特别支持中西部地区的五年制本科农村订单定向医学生（以下简称“定向生”）免费培养工作。本文通过对陕西省承担培养任务的三所医学院校556名本科毕业生的调查，了解其毕业后的履约和工作状况，讨论如何实现定向生“下得去”“留得住”，让此项政策能够实现落到实处，真正充实基层医生队伍。

一、资料和方法

（一）资料来源

研究对象来源于陕西省承担定向生培养的三所医学院校：西安医学院、延安大学医学院、陕西中医药大学，分别于2018年12月完成对2015、2016、2017、2018届毕业生，2020年1月完成对2019届毕业生的调查，两次调查共回收有效问卷556份。……
