摘  要：案例教学是适合工商管理类人才培养的一种重要教学方式，它通过案例的情景再现帮助学生掌握决策方法，培养学生的决策敏感度，进行多层面思考。疫情等不确定性外部环境冲击下，当线上教育在逐渐代替传统线下教育，案例教学通过线上教育实施效果又将如何、需要如何优化应用？文章对于基于线上和线下两种教育视角下的工商管理案例教学进行相关概念与优劣势现状分析，结合OBE理念，阐述如何建立“线上+线下”案例教学目标，并进一步提出更加适合案例教学应用过程和考核机制的优化策略。文章对案例教学和混合式教学相关理论，及线上线下教学方法的推广实践都具有较重要的意义。

Abstract： Case teaching is an important teaching method suitable for the training of business management talents. It helps students master decision-making methods， cultivate students' sensitivity to decision-making， and conduct multi-level thinking through the scenario reproduction of cases. Under the impact of uncertain external environment such as epidemic situation， when online education is gradually replacing traditional offline education， how will the case teaching be effective through online education and how will it be optimize？ This paper analyzes the concepts and advantages and disadvantages of business management case teaching based on both online and offline education perspectives. Combining the OBE concept， this paper explains how to establish the "online + offline" case teaching goal， and puts forward the optimizing strategy more suitable for the implementation process and assessment mechanism of case teaching. This paper is of great significance to the case teaching and mixed teaching related theories， as well as the promotion of online and offline teaching methods.

2020年一场突如其来的疫情席卷全国，全国大学师生无法返校，传统的线下案例教学无法实施。为响应国家教育部“停课不停学”的号召，线上教学模式应势而起，破除了疫情期间无法面授的壁垒。本文从线上和线下两种教育视角下对工商管理案例教学进行的优劣势现状分析，并进一步提出线上线下混合教育模式更加适合案例教学。
