【摘 要】本文以《建筑工程计量与计价》课程为例，介绍了一种特殊的案例教学法—即基于工程项目为载体的案例教学法，并通过教学过程的实施及与传统的案例教学法的对比，指出了该案例教学法的优势及适用性。

Discussion on the Project as a Carrier of the Case Teaching Method

——Take the Curriculum of “Construction Engineering Measurement and Calculating Cost” for example

【Abstract】A new case teaching methods for the course of construction engineering measurement and calculating Cost is derived，which is based on the actual project.The proposed new method and the traditional method are compared in method of implementation and teaching effectiveness.The results show the teaching effectiveness of the proposed new method is better than the traditional method.And the teaching process is easily controlled by the teachers.The proposed new method will be more used in the course of the building quantities bill.

0 引言

高职工程造价专业人才培养目标归根结底就是要培养一批“能识图、懂工艺、会算量、熟计价”的“技能型”人才。学生毕业后主要面向的岗位有土建造价员、钢筋翻样员、工程资料员等岗位。对照上述岗位职业标准要求及培养目标，很显然，《建筑工程计量与计价》是工程造价专业的核心课程，该门课程学习的效果直接影响到后续专业课程，也是学生专业能力能否得以体现的关键。

那么，如何能体现最佳的学习效果呢？《建筑工程计量与计价》课程将整个工程项目细分成许多分部分项工程，要求学生在熟练识读工程图纸的基础上，能够正确列项、正确描述项目特征、灵活应用计算规则、正确计量与计价。这对于学生是一项抽象而繁重的任务。如果教师采用的教学方法不当，将会影响学生对该门课程的学习兴趣，而好的教学方法，可以激发学生学习的兴趣，化被动为主动。实践证明，案例教学法是行之有效的方法之一。
