摘  要：小学教育是整个义务教育的起始阶段，也是教育孩子的关键时期，我们教育并管理好小学阶段的这部分孩子尤为重要，特别是对于留守儿童的教育。从目前农村现状来看，在校的大部分学生都是留守儿童，我们教育小学生的同时更应该关注这部分留守儿童。学生的各种良好习惯都是在小学阶段养成的，所以我们要抓住小学这个重要阶段重点关注，教育这部分孩子。由于家庭生活的需要，大部分孩子的父母都外出打工、都不在各自的孩子身边。因此学校要更加重视对留守儿童的教育问题，相信只有对其进行正确引导、说服与教育，才能帮助留守儿童树立起正确的人生观、价值观与世界观……最终成为为祖国，为社会主义现代化建设服务的生力军。

The current situation and Countermeasures of primary education for rural left behind children

【Abstract】Primary education is the initial stage of the whole compulsory education，and it is also the key period of educating children. It is particularly important for us to educate and manage this part of children in primary school，especially for left behind children. From the current situation in rural areas，most of the students in school are left behind children，we should pay more attention to this part of left behind children while educating primary school students. All kinds of good habits of students are formed in primary school，so we should focus on this important stage of primary school and educate these children. Due to the needs of family life，most of the children's parents go out to work and are not around their children. Therefore，schools should pay more attention to the education of left behind children. It is believed that only by correctly guiding，persuading and educating left behind children can they establish a correct outlook on life，values and world outlook Finally，serve the modernization of the motherland.

由于我国经济的飞速发展带动了城市进程的不断飞跃，迫使大批的农村青壮年劳动者深入到沿边，沿海城市务工，迫使大部分家庭成为留守家庭，那么，留守家庭中的孩子就变成了留守儿童，教育与监护留守儿童的重担落在了爷爷、奶奶身上，因为祖辈的教育方式与知识水平的限制，对孩子们的正确教育与知识提升成为现阶段急需解决的问题。所以这部分青壮年务工者在推动城市经济发展的同时也实现了自身价值，更增加了各自家庭的经济收入，但对自家孩子的监管、教育与关爱也成了家庭教育的突出问题了。
