摘  要 开展工程教育专业认证是保证工程人才教育培养質量的重要途径。通过借鉴工程教育认证标准理念，分析电气工程专业课程群建设与改革，将传统的教学模式、以教师为中心的人才培养体系转变为以学生为中心和以产出为导向的人才培养体系，为学院人才培养发展提供方向。

Abstract Professional certification of engineering education is an important way to ensure the quality of education and training of engineering talents. This paper analyzes the construction and re-form of Electrical Engineering Professional courses by referring to the concept of engineering education certification standards. It high-lights that the traditional teaching mode and teaching centered talent training system is transformed into a student-centered and output oriented talent training system， which provides a direction for the development of talent training requirements of our college.

0  引言

针对当前教育形势，邵阳学院多次就工程教育专业认证召开相关会议并进行研究部署，通过努力改进，成功得到认证协会的受理。作为一个培养电气工程及其自动化专业（以下简称电气工程专业）人才的教学单位，邵阳学院为社会培养大批电气工程技术专业人才，赢得广泛赞誉。随着社会经济技术的进步和高等教育的空前发展，我国电网建设快速扩张，电气工程专业毕业生倍受人才市场青睐，就业形势大好。不少高校纷纷扩大电气工程专业的招生规模，部分高校陆续开办电气工程专业。邵阳学院电气工程专业面临时代挑战，专业发展必须逐步由过去的规模扩张向质量提升转变，“以学生为中心”的课堂建设逐渐成为各专业的发展方向，有利于培养具有竞争优势的电气工程专业基层应用型人才。

1  推行课程建设改革的重要意义

专业建设离不开专业课程建设，以学生为中心，通过构建符合学生需求的课程体系、建设满足教学的师资队伍，教育目标围绕学生的培养，教学内容设计聚焦学生能力培养，师资与教育资源满足学生学习效果达成，最终实现人才培养目标，并通过各环节的反馈持续改进学生培养过程[1]。……
