【摘  要】当前，随着我国经济的发展，各行业对能源的需求越来越大。中国的石油化工工程建设要求不断提高，同时，项目工程建设难度也在不断加大。石油是人们生产生活中不可或缺的能源，人们对石油化工工程也提出了更高的要求，所以石油化工工程建設的安全性至关重要。如果石油化工企业在生产运行中存在安全问题，不仅影响人们的利益，而且影响社会的稳定。因此，在石油化工生产过程中需要严格地控制风险，确保石油化工生产的安全性。论文对当前石油化工安全生产进行全面分析，以期在生产过程中更好地防范和化解风险。

【Abstract】At present， with the development of China's economy， the demand for energy in various industries is constantly increasing. China's petrochemical engineering construction requirements continue to improve， at the same time， the difficulty of project engineering construction is also constantly increasing. Petroleum is an indispensable energy in people's production and life， people also put forward higher requirements for petrochemical engineering， so the safety of petrochemical engineering construction is very important. If there are safety problems existing in the production and operation of petrochemical enterprises， it will not only affect people's interests， but also affect social stability. Therefore， in the process of petrochemical production， it is necessary to strictly control the risks to ensure the safety of petrochemical production. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current petrochemical safety production， so as to better prevent and resolve risks in the production process.

1 引言

当前，由于石油化工产业规模巨大，而且石油也是我国各领域发展过程中的重要能源。就目前情况而言，在一些行业当中石油化工产业具有不可替代的作用。所以石油化工企业在日常的生产过程中，必须重视整个生产过程的安全性、稳定性，只有这样才能够保证生产质量，实现利益的最大化。现阶段，我国石油化工企业在生产风险控制方面，整体控制成效处于一个比较好的情况，但是仍然不能够忽视安全问题。

2 石油化工安全生产风险控制的必要性

由于石油火灾燃烧速度快、火焰温度高、火势极易蔓延、燃烧猛烈阶段不容易进行扑救，所以一旦石油火灾事故发生一般都会造成巨大的人员和财产损失。……
