【摘  要】随着社会的快速发展，机械制造企业迎来发展新机遇，但由于企业自身存在一定的问题，使得安全管理的难度系数不断增加。因此，相关人员需要在安全生产标准化的基础上，对机械制造企业的安全管理优化措施进行深入研究。论文首先对落实安全生产标准化的重要性进行明确，然后提出安全管理的优化措施，以期为企业的健康发展提供保障。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of society， machinery manufacturing enterprises usher in a new opportunity for development. However， due to certain problems existing in the enterprises themselves， the difficulty of safety management is continuously increasing. Therefore， the relevant personnel need to carry out in-depth research on the optimization measures of safety management in machinery manufacturing enterprises on the basis of safety production standardization. The paper firstly makes clear the importance of implementing safety production standardization， and then puts forward the optimization measures of safety management， so as to provide guarantee for the healthy development of enterprises.

1 引言

由于機械制造企业的迅猛发展，使其成为我国重要的经济组成部分之一，但在快速发展中，相应的问题也不断凸显，如安全生产标准化无法得到全面的落实，将会严重影响企业的发展。因此，如何在安全生产标准化下让安全管理优化措施在机械制造企业中得到有效实施成为全新的课题之一。本文从以下方面对机械制造企业安全管理的优化措施进行详细的阐述。

2 机械制造企业的生产特点

与其他企业相比，机械制造企业的生产具有鲜明的特点，在生产过程中，产品都有一一对应的工艺流程，并且都需要按照特定的顺序来完成加工处理。在被制造成成品前，需在不同车间进行必要的生产加工，当完成一个工艺之后，对不同生产车间制造的产品进行合理化的组装，从而使最终产品得以完成。当下，对我国机械制造企业来讲，离散型加工生产模式是其主要应用的模式，在实际生产过程中，先完成小零件加工，再进行组装，这是机械制造企业的特殊属性。……
