【摘  要】随着中国经济的高速发展，建筑业对中国经济和社会发展的贡献越来越大。但在建筑业蓬勃发展的同时也显现出一些问题。建筑业从业人员要重视建筑行业的各种问题，并采取相应措施加以解决，从而有效地促进建筑业有序、健康、持续地发展。论文阐述了建筑经济的内涵，分析了建筑行业存在的问题，并从建筑经济的角度提出了具体的管理建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， the construction industry has made more and more contributions to China's economic and social development. However， while the construction industry is booming， some problems have also emerged. Construction industry employees should pay attention to various problems in the construction industry and take corresponding measures to solve them， so as to effectively promote the orderly， healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry. This paper expounds the connotation of construction economy， analyzes the problems existing in the construction industry， and puts forward specific management suggestions from the perspective of construction economy.

1 引言

随着中国经济的高速发展，城市化建设速度的加快，建筑业随之兴起，极大地推动了中国的基础设施和城市建设的发展进程，因此，建筑企业和从业者必须不断提高自身的综合素养和管理水平，解決当前行业内存在的各种问题，以适应不断变化的社会经济环境，确保企业和从业者在国际、国内建筑市场中始终具有较强的竞争力，为国家经济、社会发展以及建设优质、节约型的建筑工程作出贡献。

2 建筑经济的内涵

建筑经济学即建筑产业经济学，建筑经济主要是指与建筑业有关的各种经济活动的总和，它是从产业的角度研究建筑产业的经济问题和经济活动规律的科学。其基本任务是揭示建筑产业经济活动的内在联系及其运行规律，阐明经济规律（价值规律、供求规律、竞争规律等）在建筑产业中的作用与特点。
