摘 要 青少年犯罪的案例常有发生，这一阶段的教育是学生时代最为关键的阶段，在校期间接受法治教育是最佳的场所与时期，是预防青少年犯罪案件发生的重要途径，对以后的人生发展起到至关重要的作用，可以有效指导学生遵纪守法，形成自律的好习惯，并学会正确运用法律手段保护自己的合法权益，从而促进学生健康成长。

法治教育离不开家庭、离不开学校、离不开社会，高中政治法治教育是高中阶段教育中的重点，学生的活动范围主要在学校，是法治教育的重要阵地，对学生的健康成长有着重要的價值，是学生成长的关键阶段。本文根据我国高中政治法治教育中的现状分析存在的问题，提出切实可行的政治法治教育方法，培养学生的法律意识，引导学生遵纪守法，构建和谐稳定的校园环境。

1 高中政治法治教育的现状分析

高中政治法治教学是政治教育的重要组成部分，随着国家法治教育的普及和不断深化，很多学校也意识到法治教育的重要性，通过提升教师素质，增加教育资源等方式，促进法治教育的开展。但在教育过程中仍然存在着诸多问题。

1.1法治课程设置零碎

纵观当前教育阶段，教材中提到法治教育的内容少之又少，有些段落中虽然有涉及法律常识，但是介绍简单，实用性较差，没有一个专门的法治教育知识体系，甚至法治教育课成为选修课程。……
