摘 要“一带一路”为高校国际教育融合中华文化带来了新的契机，在国际化教育发展过程中，各地方政府提出增加区域文化建设与对外传播的决策。因此，本文首先阐述了高校国际教育融合中华文化的必要性，然后分析了河北高校国际教育融合中华文化的现实情况，最后提出了“一带一路”下河北高校国际教育融合中华文化的方法与对策。

Abstract "One belt， one road" brings new opportunities for the integration of Chinese culture in international education. In the process of internationalization education， local governments propose to increase regional cultural construction and external communication. One belt， one road， is the first to explain the necessity of integrating international education into Chinese culture in universities. Then， it analyzes the reality of international education in Hebei's universities and integrates Chinese culture. Finally， it puts forward the methods and Strategies of integrating Chinese culture into Hebei's universities under the "one belt and one road".

1 高校国际教育与中华文化相融的重要作用

第一，高校国际教育融合中华文化有利于提高学生跨文化交际中的交流能力。河北高校国际教育教学工作者在实际教学过程中忽略了中华文化就会造成学生在跨文化交流过程中，中华文化输出能力不足。加入中华传统文化有关内容，可以全面培养当代学生跨文化意识，继而树立其准确对待文化之间的不同态度，帮助学生增进使用外语精准表达中国文化元素的跨文化交际能力，增强当代学生语言表达方面的能力。

第二，高校国际教育融合中华文化有利于加强学生文化自信与文化认同感。中华文化源远流长，对于外语的学习并非是为了摒弃中华传统文化，而是为了在全世界传承与弘扬中华传统文化。母语文化的欠缺会导致学生对本土文化认同感大大降低。基于此，河北高校国际教育需要顺应中外文化交流，促使中华文化复兴的时代进步，助力学生加深对中华文化的理解，建立起文化身份，培养学生热爱祖国与对本国文化的认同感和自豪感。……
