摘 要 高校资助类社团存在社团成员公益活动参与积极性低、公益活动形式单一、公益活动开展的方式与动机偏离方向、社团影响力不足、社团内部管理不当、资金不足、缺乏指导力量、社会经验不足等一些问题。通过配备专职指导教师，开展有效指导，开展多渠道开展感恩反哺活动，培养社团家文化，构建品牌文化活动等形式，形成多路径育人合力，实现资助类社团的发展。

Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures

of University Funded Associations

Abstract There are some problems in University funded associations， such as low enthusiasm of community members to participate in public welfare activities， single form of public welfare activities， deviating from the direction of the way and motivation of public welfare activities， insufficient influence of associations， improper internal management of associations， lack of funds， lack of guidance， lack of social experience and so on. Through the allocation of full-time instructors， effective guidance， multi-channel Thanksgiving feedback activities， the cultivation of community culture， the construction of brand cultural activities and other forms， the formation of multi-path educational force， the development of funded associations.

1 高校資助类社团的功能定位

高校资助类社团是近年来根据资助育人新形势孕育而生的产物，捐赠方不仅希望贫困学子得到物质上的帮助，更希望学生得到精神上的激励，涵养互助精神，厚植自强素养。资助类社团由获得资助的学生组成，旨在通过志愿服务、自立自强活动来提升自身修养，锻炼自身能力。基于此，资助类社团需要明确功能定位，明确自身具备的优势，及时摆脱面临的困境，进一步推动资助类社团的建设，本文将对资助类社团的功能定位进行具体的论述，并且以S校瑞华筑梦公益平台为例，对解决资助类社团目前所面临的困境进行实际探索，提出可行性的建议。

1.1 家庭经济困难学生自立自强的重要平台

资助类社团是由受资助学生自发成立的社团，以“放眼世界、勇于追梦、自强不息、崇德向善”为宗旨，坚持自助、互助、助人的工作原则，互爱互助，团结协助，开展文化学习、娱乐体育、创新创业、感恩志愿等丰富多彩的活动，丰富瑞华学子的校园学习和文化生活，实现自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的教育目标，为广大贫困学子提供展示自我的空间和舞台。……
