摘 要 为更好推进新时代大学生的全面发展，书院制作为我校教育改革的一种积极探索和有效尝试，成为我校以学生公寓为育人平台的新型人才培养的重大教育改革，同时也为学生更好更快发展提供了符合学生个性化发展的平台与空间。朋辈教育是近几年来高校学生管理工作的热点，本文就已实行书院制的哈工大（威海）为例，探究实现理工科高校朋辈教育的新路径，并就如何优化和加强以微社团为载体的新型朋辈育人模式进行积极探索。

The Path of Realizing New Peer Education in Science and Engineering Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Academy System

——A case study of the students' micro association in the Academy of Harbin Institute of Technology

Abstract In order to promote the overall development of college students in the new era， college production is an active exploration and effective attempt of our school education reform， which has become a major education reform of new talents training based on student apartment， and also provides a platform and space for students to develop better and faster. Peer education is a hot spot in the management of college students in recent years. This paper explores the new path to realize peer education in science and engineering universities， and explores how to optimize and strengthen the new peer education mode based on micro community.

書院制高校教育是在传统高校教育基础之上的创新，是一种有效的尝试。为了创新育人模式，更好地实现学校人才培养目标，哈尔滨工业大学（威海）通过采用“学院—书院”协同育人模式积极开展书院建设，逐步形成了书院与学院融合、通识教育与专业教育融合、导师与学生融合、领袖个性与群体融合、跨年级与跨学科融合、共性与特色融合、学习与养成融合、活动与文化融合的“八融合”式哈工大特色书院。而朋辈教育作为高校学生管理的有效探索，也是当代大学生乐于接受的一种教育模式，需要不断探索新的教育载体与教育形式。哈工大（威海）书院制微社团的成立是我校新时期在书院制视角下对新型朋辈教育路径的新探索，“学生微社团”相较于大型社团活动形式及地点灵活，更具针对性，参与感强。……
