摘 要 大数据时代为图书馆发掘用户的个性化需求提供了支持，图书馆基于用户画像的精准描述进行智能化信息推送已经成为现实。本文探讨了基于用户画像技术的信息推送服务在图情领域的核心概念及应用现状、基于用户画像进行信息推送的构建方法和建模流程，以及在实际运用过程中存在的问题及注意事项，然后分析了其可遵循的相关改进措施，以期为这种技术的未来发展给出一些建议和思考。

Information Push Based on User Portrait in Smart Library

Abstract The era of big data provides support for the library to explore the personalized needs of users. It has become a reality for the library to push intelligent information based on the accurate description of user portraits. This paper discusses the core concept and application status of information push service based on user portrait technology in the field of graphics and information， the construction method and modeling process of information push service based on user portrait， as well as the problems and matters needing attention in the actual application process， and then analyzes the relevant improvement measures that can be followed， in order to give some suggestions and suggestions for the future development of this technology reflection.

0 引言

隨着读者特质的异构化、读者偏好需求的多样化，读者数据也呈现出多来源、海量化、变化快的特点，如何将这些庞杂的数据快速分类并捕捉到用户期望的信息已经成为图书情报领域工作人员和相关学者不断探究的焦点工作。

大数据和人工智能概念的引入使图书馆摆脱了因传统上使用人力服务于海量庞杂数据而造成的服务效能低下的局面。在人工智能与传统图书馆行业结合形成的智慧图书馆情景下，用户画像技术贡献了大部分的技术和设备支撑。多元化、异构化的潜在读者需求随着其“身份信息”的逐渐清晰化而得以挖掘。以用户需求为导向，“因人制宜”的智慧图书馆信息推送服务不再只是个构想。

近年来，图书馆更加注重为读者提供更具个性化的信息服务，从而帮助读者获取相关的信息内容，提高图书馆的服务质量。……
