摘  要：以文化自信视域为视角和导向，梳理国内外学者对外语教师专业发展的研究现状。并在此基础上，探讨外语教师构建文化自信的意义和重要性，提供促进外语教师专业化发展的有效途径，切实解决教师在专业发展过程中碰到的困难和瓶颈。为外语教师专业发展拓宽思路，提供新的视角，从而实现真正促进外语教师专业化发展的目的和作用。

A Study on the Professional Development of Foreign Language Teachers From the Perspective of Culture Confidence

Abstract：From the perspective of cultural self-confidence， this paper reviews the research status of foreign language teachers' professional development at home and abroad. On this basis， this paper discusses the significance and importance of building cultural self-confidence of foreign language teachers and provides  effective ways to promote the professional development of foreign language teachers and solve the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered in the process of teachers' professional development. We should broaden our thinking and provide a new perspective for the professional development of foreign language teachers so as to achieve the purpose and role of promoting the professional development of foreign language teachers.

文化自信是对自身文化价值、文化生命力、影响力的充分肯定和坚定信心。习近平主席曾多次提到文化自信，传递出他的文化理念和文化观。习近平多次论述：“增强文化自觉和文化自信，是坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信的题中应有之义。”“中国有坚定的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，其本质是建立在五千多年文明传承基础上的文化自信。”2016年5月和6月，习近平又连续两次对“文化自信”加以强调，指出“我们要坚定中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，说到底是要坚持文化自信”[1]。

《中国教育现代化2035》明确提出，广泛开展理想信念教育，厚植爱国主义情怀，提高文化素养，培养奋斗精神，强化合作能力，打造专业化和高素质的有创新能力的教师队伍，构建并完善教师专业化发展的体系，鼓励教师进行专业自主发展学习和终身学习，培养终身学习的理念。

文化和教育密不可分，作为教育活动的教师承担了文化传承的教育使命。……
