摘  要：小学阶段是一个认识数字的重要阶段。但是在这个时期的小学数学教学中还是有很多问题和不足，教师没有给予足够的引导。小学数学教师应当充分关注班级上的每一个学生，把课堂当作教学艺术施展之所，运用好组织课堂的艺术，让学生的心思完全放到课堂上，在一种欢乐、愉快的气氛里进行教学。文章从现在小学数学课堂中存在的问题出发，对如何组织小学数学课堂教学进行分析和探讨。

Some Ideas on Organizing Classroom Teaching in Primary School Mathematics Teaching

【Abstract】For primary school students，it is an important stage to understand numbers. However，there are still many problems and deficiencies in the elementary school mathematics teaching in this period，and teachers have not given enough guidance. Primary school mathematics teachers should pay full attention to every student in the class，regard the classroom as a place for teaching art，make good use of the art of organizing the classroom，and let the students’ minds be put into the classroom in a joyful and pleasant atmosphere. Teaching .This article starts from the existing problems in primary school mathematics classroom，and analyzes and discusses how to organize primary school mathematics classroom teaching.

组织课堂的概念是：在日常的教学过程中，教师要组织学生去注意管理纪律，引导学生去自觉学习，建立一个和谐、严谨的教学环境。小学数学又是小学学科中十分重要的一门，提高小学数学教师课堂组织能力能够帮助学生更好地去学习数学，提高学习数学效率。课堂组织教学能力是每一个教师都需要具备的能力，课堂组织能力能够促进学生学习效率的提高，在无形之中帮助教师指导学生去自觉的学习。

1.目前组织小学数学课堂中存在的问题

（1）情境设计不当缺少直观性

教师在小学数学课堂的教学中，一定要发挥数学课本的作用，选取适合学生思维能力发展的数学素材，创设一个很好的教学情境。根据相关的统计，至少有一大半的课程都是教师从平时的生活中或者是由自己创设的情景当中引入的，虽然也有一些比较优秀的情景创设的案例，但是不管怎么说大部分情景创设都是有些牵强的。……
