摘  要：美术教育是培养学生审美观、提高其感受美及创造美的能力的关键途径，其意义与我国“促进学生全面发展”的教育目的相吻合。新课改后，美术知识与技艺的教学已并非美术教学的根本重点，培养学生的创新能力亦成为其中关键，且从根本上来说，创新能力的培养对美术的传承与发展具有切实而深远的积极意义。现为达成该目的，文章将对当今小学美术教育的意义与现存问题进行分析，并以此为依据提出创新能力培养途径方法，为广大教育者提供理论参考。

Ways and Means of Cultivating Students' Creative Ability in Art Education

【Abstract】Art education is a key way to cultivate students' aesthetic sense and improve their ability to feel and create beauty in primary and secondary education. Its significance coincides with the educational purpose of "promoting students' all-round development" in China. After the new curriculum reform，the teaching of art knowledge and skills is no longer the fundamental focus of art teaching，and the cultivation of students' innovation ability has become the key，and fundamentally speaking，the cultivation of innovation ability has practical and far-reaching positive significance for the inheritance and development of art. In order to achieve this goal，this paper will analyze the significance and existing problems of art education in primary  schools，and on the basis of this，put forward ways and methods to cultivate innovative ability，so as to provide theoretical reference for the majority of educators.

小學时期是学生创新能力萌芽与发展的关键阶段，而美术教育作为小学教育阶段中帮助学生开阔视野、发展想象力及培养审美情趣的重点科目，强烈的情感性促使其教育开展可与创新能力的培养实现相辅相成。美术教育的作用除了培养学生的视觉美感外，帮助孩子寻找一种特殊的、开放的观察和解读世界的角度同样是它的关键效能，在学生成长的过程中想要提升创新能力，借助美术教育增进或保留学生表达勇气及想象力应作为美术教育的关键点。正如法国著名画家马蒂斯所言：“毕生能够像孩子一样看世界的勇气是很可贵的，因为丧失了这种视觉能力就意味着同时也丧失了每一次可能的独创性的表现。”那么究竟如何才能帮助学生保留这种至关重要的勇气及想象力并将其转化为创新能力呢？对现存问题进行分析并不断改善是必由之路，唯有不断地对教育模式进行完善方可提升教育效率与质量。
