摘  要 近年來，士官逐渐成为提高部队战斗力的重要力量，但士官任职教育的理论、方法、手段等明显滞后。为了更好地提高士官任职教育质量，培养具有可持续发展潜力的专业化新型军事人才，着重分析士官教学中存在的问题，按照“学员为主，紧贴实战”的教学原则，从教学手段、教学方法、教学内容三个维度对教学模式进行初步探讨。

Abstract In recent years， non-commissioned officers have increasingly become an important force to improve the combat effective-ness of troops. In order to improve the quality of non-commissioned officers’ education and cultivate technically-skilled talents with sus-tainable development potential， this article focuses on the problems in the teaching of non-commissioned officers. The teaching principle of “focusing on the position， close to the post”， and preliminary discussion on the teaching model from the three dimensions of tea-ching means， teaching methods and teaching content.

0 前言

随着军队改革的持续推进，士官队伍愈发受到重视，所起到的作用越来越不可或缺，逐渐成为提高部队战斗力的生成器。随着任职岗位增多，责任也越来越重，水涨船高，这对他们的知识能力、岗位技能等方面也提出更高的要求。依托军事院校进行再教育是提升士官综合素质的主要途径，这对士官院校的教学模式提出新的挑战。新时代的士官教育既不能照搬学历教育，也不能拿老一套，不能采用仅针对技能需求而不考虑持续发展的教育模式。因此，在新时代军事教育方针的指导下，教学单位必须考虑士官队伍高素质、专业化的建设需求，转变教学思路，创新教学模式，更新知识体系，改进教学内容，提高士官人才的培养质量，精心打造一支胜任部队岗位需求的高能力、高水平、高潜力的“三高”士官人才队伍。

目前，较多的士官教育理论研究涉及针对教学手段或教学方法等某一维或是二维层面的研究，往往过分注重达到某一方面的效果，忽视了其他方面所产生的效益，顾此失彼。……
