【摘  要】随着社会发展，人才教育培养正面临越来越苛刻的要求。道德与法治作为人文学科，对学生综合素质的提升具有重要作用，但单纯的理论教学已无法满足现代人才培养要求，必须强化实践活动课程的构建与实施。本文分析了道德与法治学科实践活动课程构建的意义以及当前构建与实施中存在的问题，进而提出了相关构建与实施策略。

【Abstract】With the development of society， talent education and training is facing more and more demanding requirements. As a humanities discipline， morality and the rule of law play an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of students. However， pure theoretical teaching can no longer meet the requirements of modern talent training， and the construction and implementation of practical activity courses must be strengthened. This article analyzes the significance of the construction of practical activity courses in the discipline of morality and the rule of law and the problems in the current construction and implementation， and then proposes relevant construction and implementation strategies.

一、道德与法治学科实践活动课程构建的意义

道德與法治学科虽然属于思想意识层面的教育科目，其中包含大量理论性、概念性、观念性的教学内容，需要学生进行系统性的学习与吸收，但这些理论性的内容字面意思容易理解，深层次价值内涵却难以领会。尤其对于道德层面的内容，其主要来自人类长期社会生存与发展过程中所形成的普遍规则共识，是人文思想发展的产物，因此其学习和领悟也需要透过社会生活实践方能把握其真谛。同时，道德与法治内容对人的社会实践具有极强的指导性作用，即人在社会中的活动都需要在道德与法律的框架内进行，一言一行都必须符合道德与法治的标准，如此才能使自身与社会整体行为步调保持一致，避免被社会所排斥。由此可见，实践本身就是道德与法治学科的一部分，其与理论学习两者相辅相成，共同促进。

此外，道德与法治学科实践活动课程的构建与当前人才培养的目标相一致。……
