摘要 采用灰色关联分析法确定了盐池滩羊产业产值与GDP、农民人均支配收入、县级公共预算收入、社会消费品零售总额以及三大产值之间的关联度，并通过与盐池县产业扶贫模式和运行机制状况的综合研究得出：盐池县产业扶贫成效良好，产业结构还需进一步优化。针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract The grey relational analysis method was used to determine the correlation degree between the industrial output value of Tan sheep in Yanchi County and GDP， per capita income of farmers， public budget income at county level， total retail sales of social consumer goods and the three industries output values， based on the comprehensive study of the model and operation mechanism of industrial poverty alleviation in Yanchi County， it was found that the effect of industrial poverty alleviation in Yanchi County is good and the industrial structure needs to be further optimized. Aiming at the existing problems， corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.

作者简介 尚自烨（1971—），女，宁夏盐池人，高级农艺师，从事农业技术推广工作和项目管理、规划等工作。

近年來，盐池县紧紧围绕打赢脱贫攻坚战的总体安排部署，坚持以产业扶贫为核心，以结构调整为动力，大力扶持特色优势产业，扎实推进以盐池滩羊为主的脱贫富民长效机制。通过发展盐池滩羊、黄花、小杂粮、牧草与中药材等产业扶贫，激发和保障了贫困户生产和生活积极性，2018年9月底，经国家评估验收，盐池县被正式批准退出国家扶贫开发重点县序列，成为宁夏第一个退出贫困县序列的县。笔者以当地盐池滩羊产业扶贫模式为例，分析了该扶贫模式的内在特征和减贫机制，并运用熊长江等[1-4]构建灰色关联模型的方法，实证检验了其减贫效应，以期为贫困地区利用产业资源深入推进精准扶贫战略的制定和实施提供实践参考。

1 盐池县特色产业发展现状

1.1 研究区概况
