【摘    要】素质教育作为我国教育领域所倡导的主流教育形式，随着人们生活水平的不断提升，人们对孩子的未来发展越来越重视，特别是对孩子能力拓展和兴趣培养方面的重视，所以美术教育成为学生素质拓展的重要途径也备受人们关注。本文对美术绘画教学现状进行了分析，并提出了在新课程标准的背景下促进小学生美术绘画培养的有效途径。

【Abstract】Quality education as the mainstream education form advocated in the field of education in our country， with the continuous improvement of people's living standards， people pay more and more attention to the future development of children， especially the ability development and interest cultivation of children. 為了实现小学生的全面发展，充分挖掘小学生的兴趣和潜力，在新课标背景下需要注重小学生在美术绘画方面的培养和教育，让小学生在绘画学习的过程中提升审美能力并丰富内心世界，让小学生能够对绘画有所了解并增强小学生的创作能力，并在绘画过程中享受美的乐趣并感受美的魅力，在潜移默化中提升小学生的审美意识，所以教师要给予小学生绘画教育足够的重视，激发小学生对美术绘画学习的兴趣，并在此过程中锻炼小学生的观察能力和创造能力，让小学生的综合素质能得以发展。

一、小学美术绘画教学中存在的问题
