【摘    要】小学班主任的主要职能是承担班级中的组织工作和环境工作，并针对班级中出现的问题进行有效处理，而班主任在承担自身责任的同时，也要做到与学生家长和学生进行友好的交流沟通，这样才能确保在管理工作的过程中，既能得到家长的信赖，也能得到学生的信任。基于此，针对当前阶段，如何真正实现通过班主任沟通艺术的发挥使其工作得到全面落实，则需要班主任教师在日常管理工作中真正做到尊重学生、关爱学生，并与学生建立良好的互动关系，这样才能实现促进小学生在发展的过程中，可以真正实现促进自我身心健康的全面发展。

【Abstract】The main function of the primary school head teacher is to undertake the organizational and environmental work in the class， and to effectively deal with the problems that arise in the class， and the head teacher should be friendly to the parents and students while taking on their own responsibilities. Based on this， for the current stage， how to truly realize the full implementation of the work of the class teacher through the use of the communication art of the class teacher requires the class teacher to truly respect and care for the students in the daily management work， and establish a good interactive relationship with the students In this way， it can be realized to promote the comprehensive development of self-physical and mental health in the development process of primary school students.

一、沟通艺术在小学班主任管理工作中的作用

（一）创建和谐友好的班级氛围

对于班主任所开展的管理工作而言，只有实现有效的交流与沟通，才能创建出和谐的师生关系。同时，在与学生交往的过程中，可以通过互相了解使班主任更加熟悉每位学生的学习情况以及当前的心理活动状态，这样就能根据科任教师所描述的情况，针对学生的不同问题进行有效处理。针对学生的日常生活而言，班主任也要确保能够通过人文关怀来实现关注学生的心理动向，这样才能解决学生的一些心理变化问题。并且，在与学生家长进行交流沟通的过程中，也可以让班主任更加全面地了解到学生在家的学习情况以及生活状态，从而实现家校共育的目的。……
