摘要： 介绍了焊接高技能人才的特征。阐述了国内焊接高技能人才的2种培养方式，企业内部培养和校企合作联合培养。从课程涉及国际标准并结合工程实例教学、系统全面的理论知识和操作技能要求3个角度叙述了IWS及IWP等国际资质人员的国际化培养模式。以與职业院校合作促进职业教育的工程化、国际化及与企业合作推动企业焊接高技能人才培养的国际化的方式实践国内焊接高技能人才国际化的培养。

Brief analysis on internationalized training of high-skilled welding talents

Abstract： The characteristics of welding high skilled personnel were introduced. Two training methods of domestic high-skilled welding talents were expounded， enterprise internal training and school-enterprise cooperation joint training. The international training mode of IWS and IWP personnel was described from three aspects， the course involving international standards， combined with engineering example teaching， systematic and comprehensive theoretical knowledge and operation skills requirements. By cooperating with vocational colleges to promote the engineering and internationalization of vocational education and cooperating with enterprises to promote the internationalization of the cultivation of high-skilled welding talents， internationalized training of domestic welding high-skilled talents was practiced.

0 前言

高技能人才是各行业的优秀代表之一，是技术工人队伍的核心骨干，具有较高的操作技术和技巧，具有较高的创造能力，在加快经济发展方式、促进产业结构优化升级、提高企业的竞争力、推动技术创新发展和科技成果转化等方面发挥着重要作用。各行各业越来越需要专业理论知识、技能技术水平达到标准化、国际化的高技能技术人才，更多更快地培养高技能人才，被视为中国提升国家核心竞争力的战略举措，加快高技能人才的培养是各行各业急需解决的关键问题之一。机械工业哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心是国内具有国际焊接学会授权的培训机构，为国内机械制造行业培养了大批具有国际资质的焊接高技能人才，如IWS，IWP，推动了国内焊接高技能人才的国际化培养。
