摘要： 学历教育、职业培训和国际资质专业认证的互相衔接、互相促进，为国内焊接工程技术人员提供了新的人才培养模式。按国际统一的培训规程的要求，结合国内焊接人员的专业背景和工作实际需要，开展在职焊接人员的国际焊接工程师可选途径（IWE-A）培训与认证，满足焊接制造业人才国际化、工程化的要求，这一人才培养模式的推广，赢得了行业的认同，促进了焊接工程技术人员职业教育培训的快速健康发展。

Promotion and development of vocational training for welding engineering technicians by international welding engineer alternative route training and certification

Abstract： The connection and mutual promotion of academic education， vocational training and international qualification professional certification provide a new talent training mode for welding engineering technicians in China. According to the requirements of international unified training regulations， combined with the professional background and practical needs of welding personnel in China， international welding engineer alternative route training （IWE-A） and certification for in-service welding personnel were carried out， which met requirements of the internationalization and engineering of welding talents. And this talent training mode received recognition of the industry and promoted rapid and healthy development of vocational education and training for welding engineering technicians.

0 前言

随着科学技术和经济的巨大进步，新科技、新技术正发生深刻变革。人们普遍地认识到职业培训工作的重要性。职业培训是面向学历教育之后，针对已参加工作的人所接受的教育和学习的一种方式，是终身学习体系的重要组成部分。焊接工程技术人員是现代制造业中工程技术人员的重要组成，对这类人员的知识和能力进行再次必要的教育和培训，可以更快更好地适应迅速发展的生产需要和新产业规定的任务，有效的满足技术更新、补充和拓展，进一步完善知识结构，提高创造力和专业技术水平。中国已于2000年获得了国际焊接学会的授权，开展国际焊接技术人员的培训与资格认证。国际焊接工程师可选途径培训成为在职的焊接工程技术人员的职业教育培训的一种新模式。
