摘要： 基于多年的ISO 3834，EN 15085和EN 1090焊接企业国际认证审核实践和探索，总结介绍了基于国际焊接技术标准体系的专业审核服务体系。结合认证机构要求，以客户为中心，通过多种形式的审核或服务，应对认证企业在不同阶段的需求。其包括企业资质的取得、项目运行阶段及定期的维护。体现了专业性、规范性和综合性。更有针对性，更有利于实施，对焊接企业创新高质量发展起到一定的助力作用。

Professionalaudit service system based on international welding technical standards system

Abstract： Based on practice and exploration of ISO 3834， EN 15085 and EN 1090 welding enterprises international certification and audit for many years， the typical audit service system based on international welding technical standards system was summarized and introduced. Combined with the requirements of certification body， the customer was the center， and various forms of audit or service were adopted to meet the needs of certification enterprises in different stages， and it included the acquisition of enterprise qualification， project operation stage and regular maintenance， which reflects the professionalism， standardization and comprehensiveness. It was targeted， more conducive to implementation， and played a certain role in promoting the innovation and highquality development of manufacturing enterprises.

0 前言

焊接企業国际认证自1999年在中国首次开展以来，经过20余年的发展，越来越多的中国企业应客户或项目要求通过了ISO 3834[1]国际焊接质量体系、EN 15085[2]（轨道车辆及其零部件金属材料的焊接）和EN 1090[3]（钢结构和铝结构施工）等认证。

根据国际焊接学会（IIW）[4]和德国焊接学会（DVS）当前发布的数据，先后有1 100余家国内焊接企业通过了ISO或EN标准的焊接企业国际认证，涵盖上海振华重工（集团）股份有限公司、中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司、中车唐山机车车辆有限公司、中铁山桥集团有限公司、中船澄西船舶修造有限公司、中航光电科技股份有限公司、中煤北京煤矿机械有限责任公司、太原重工股份有限公司、大连华锐重工集团股份有限公司、徐州徐工随车起重机有限公司等大型国有企业，也涵盖西门子电气传动有限公司、青岛庞巴迪运输轨道设备有限公司、上海阿尔斯通交通设备有限公司、卡特彼勒（青州）有限公司、蒂森克虏伯扶梯（中国）有限公司、林德（中国）叉车有限公司、迅达中国（电梯）有限公司等外资企业在华的合资或独资公司，以及众多的国内中小型企业。……
