摘要： 中德在焊接人员培训体系与焊接企业认证体系的多年合作为中国焊接体系与国际接轨、获取国际焊接学会授权奠定了基础;CANB，ATBs获得国际授权后，根据国内的实际情况，不断调整培养模式，促进国际焊接培训体系在国内的推广实施，20年来累计为国内培养了25 000多名国际资质焊接专业人员（不含ISO 9606焊工等）。CANBCC获得国际授权10年来累计认证企业近600家，提升了焊接企业核心竞争力，促进了焊接企业高质量发展。

The development of international welding personnel qualification in 20 years and international welding manufacturer certification in 10 years after authorization

Abstract： The SinoGerman cooperation in the welding personnel training system and welding manufacturer certification system has laid a foundation for Chinas welding system to be in line with the international standards and to obtain the authorization of the International Institute of Welding （IIW）. After obtaining the international authorization， CANB and ATBs have extensively developed cooperation and continuously adjusted the training policies according to the actual situation in China to promote the development of the international welding training system in China. Over the past 20 years， more than 25 000 internationally qualified welding professionals have been trained （excluding welders such as qualified according to ISO 9606）. In the past 10 years， CANBCC has accumulatively certified nearly 600 enterprises， enhancing the core competitiveness of welding enterprises and promoting the highquality development of welding enterprises.

0 前言

机械工业哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心（以下简称WTI Harbin）成立于1984年，他的成立源于当时中国政府决定引入德国先进的焊接人员培训体系来完善国内的焊接培训体系。具有代表性的事件是在1984年底，德国焊接学会（DVS）杜伊斯堡焊接与培训研究所（SLV Duisburg）派4名焊工教师来到哈尔滨举办第1期德国焊工教师培训班。既展示了德国焊接培训的能力与水平，又为国家培养了熟悉德国标准的专业焊工教师。

在中德合作项目期间（1987～1999年）共有32位中国专业人员赴德国进行深造，并获得德国、欧洲焊接工程师等专业资格证书，為日后中德合作办班培养了师资与专业翻译人才[1]。德方分别派 Dr.Ing Karl Million 和 DipIng Einick 为项目长期专家，并多次派短期专家来华讲学举办培训班。为全面将德国焊接培训体系引入到中国，不仅将几十种共计超百万字德文培训教材及欧洲/德国标准翻译成中文，供培训中使用，还在……
