摘    要：《无土栽培学》是高等农业院校园艺和设施农业科学与工程专业的重要课程。结合天津都市农业发展中人才不足的现状，基于相关专业对理论知识扎实、实践技能熟练的创新复合应用型高素质人才的培养要求，分析了《无土栽培学》课程的理论和实验教学体系与方法，以及创新教学模式的具体措施，重点强调课程思政的加入，并对任课教师提出要求，为优化课程结构，提高教学效率提供一定的借鉴，最终能够更好地促进培养符合新形势下园艺市场需求的应用技术型人才。

Throughts on Teaching "Soilless Culture" in Modern Urban Agriculture

Abstract： "Soilless culture" is an important course in the majors of horticulture and protected agriculture science and engineering in agricultural universities. Combined with the current situation of insufficient talents in the development of urban agriculture in Tianjin， and based on the training requirements of related majors for high-quality innovative composite applied talents with solid theoretical knowledge and skilled practical skills， this paper analysed the theory and experimental teaching system and method also with the concrete measures of innovative teaching mode of "soilless culture" course. Course ideological and political education was highlighted. Requirements for the teachers was also put forward. All above provided certain references for optimizing the course structure and improving teaching efficiency. Finally， it can better promote the cultivation of applied technical talents in line with the demand of horticulture market under the new situation.

都市型農业是国内外现代化大城市农业发展的基本模式。作为都市型农业的典型代表，天津农业人口多，耕地面积不断下降、产值低、生态任务严峻，因此建设高效安全的农产品基地显得尤为紧迫[1]。2018年，农业部一号文件对“农业供给侧结构性改革”提出了实施意见。供给侧结构改革的重点是扩大产品中高端供给，都市农业的生产恰好是面对农业中高端市场。而中高端市场的优质发展是以高质量的农业人才队伍为前提的，天津市的现实情况却是人才不足，务农人员中的青壮年，即使受到了更高等级的教育，却不能学以致用，缺乏科学意识和创新创造能力，在农业的实践中不能利用新科技、改造新工具。另外，天津市农业领域拥有的科技人才也不多，对农业发展大为不利[2]。……
