摘要：在新型冠状病毒爆发期间，为了响应教育部“停课不停学”要求，保障疫情防控期间的教学工作正常进行，针对疫情前期在线教学中存在的问题，提出混合多元式教学模式。该模式充分考虑了应用型人才培养要求以及程序竞赛培训特点，将流行的慕课教学、翻转课堂和在线判题系统进行结合，构建了完善立体的混合多元式程序竞赛在线教学体系。最终，通过该模式顺利地完成疫情期间程序竞赛的在线教学任务，并使学生在竞赛中获得优异成绩。

Blended-learning Reform for Program Competition Training of Application-oriented University During the Outbreak

Abstract： In response to the ministry of Education's request—"Suspend classes but No suspension” during the period of novel Coronavirus outbreak， the blended-learning model is  proposed to solve problems which have existed in online teaching in the pre-epidemic period. The model fully considers the requirements of applied talents and the characteristics of program competition training.  By combining the popular MOOC， Flipped Classroom and Online Judge system， a perfect three-dimensional online teaching system is constructed for program competition. Finally， through this model， teachers have successfully completed the online teaching task of the program competition during the epidemic， and students have obtained excellent results in competition.

1 引言

近年来，随着中国经济的快速发展、科技的迅速应用，产业结构发生了深刻的变化。

我国IT行业和领域的发展都需要大量的高素质应用型人。应用型高校以培养多层次应用型人才为目标，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等计算机相关专业特别重视培养学生的程序设计能力和创新能力[1]。程序竞赛的主要目标为培养学生的编程实践能力和创新实践意识[2]，其实质就是培养社会需求的，具有实践开发能力的应用型人才，包括软件的开发、测试及运维等岗位。不难看出，程序竞赛天然符合应用型本科高校人才培养定位。然而，随着新冠疫情的爆發，很多高校都无法正常开展程序竞赛培训与集训工作，导致学生无法同往常一样掌握编程技能与学习算法。……
