摘 要：在党的十九大上，习近平总书记呼吁各国人民同心协力，从政治、安全、经济、文化、生态五大领域构建人类命运共同体。生态命运共同体作为人类命运共同体的组成部分，不但对于后者的发展具有重要意义，而且能够有效解决当前全球生态治理中面临的困境，推动构建世界范围的生态文明，具有极强的现实意义。目前，生态命运共同体已得到国际社会广泛响应，其构建也在诸多方面取得显著成效。不过，国际社会对于在生态领域构建命运共同体仍然存在质疑。这种质疑一方面针对生态命运共同体的必要性，即生态命运共同体的构建是否具有现实意义，另一方面针对生态命运共同体的必然性，即生态命运共同体的构建是否是空想。为消除这种质疑，必须对生态命运共同体的必要性与必然性进行论述。生态命运共同体自身的特性表明，其不但具有現实必要，而且具有逻辑必然。

Constructing Community of Human Ecological Destiny：Basic Conception，Necessity and Feasibility

Abstract：At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，Xi Jinping proposed every countries people work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind in the five areas of politics，security，economy，culture，and ecology. As a component of the community of human destiny，the community of ecological destiny not only has a great significance for the development of the community of human destiny，but also has a significant practical value for solving current difficulties of global ecological governance and promoting the construction of a worldwide ecological civilization effectively. At present，the community of ecological destiny has received widespread agreements from the international community，and its construction has also achieved remarkable results in many aspects. However，the international community still has some doubts about the construction of the community of human ecological destiny. The doubts come from two aspects. On one hand，it is still a question of whether the construction of an ecological community of destiny has practical significance，which directs to the necessity of building an ecological community. And on the other hand，we should also demonstrate the construction of an ecological community of destiny is realistic，which directs to the feasibility of an ecological community of destiny. In order to eliminate such doubts，the discussion about the necessity and feasibility of the ecological community of destiny is imperative，and the characteristics of the ecological community of destiny show that it has sufficient necessity and feasibility.
