摘  要：党的十八大以来，如何“讲好中国故事、坚定文化自信”已经把大学生的使命提升到国家层面。2021年适逢中国共产党成立一百周年，站在新的历史节点搭建新的高校语言文化平台是对提升大学生文化自信作出的一项有益实践。新媒体时代的到来，为开展思政教育开辟了一条崭新的途径。将高校多语言红色网站的建设及课程思政相结合可以促进大学生通过不同维度学习语言文化，从而形成提高语言学习能力与加强思想建设并重的局面。

Abstract： Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， how to “tell Chinese stories well and strengthen cultural confidence” has promoted the mission of college students to the national level. The year 2021 is the centennial anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. It is a beneficial practice to build a new college language and culture platform at a new historical juncture to enhance the cultural confidence of college students. The arrival of the new media era opens up a new way to carry out ideological and political education. The combination of the construction of multi-language red culture websites and ideological and political courses can promote college students to learn language and culture from different dimensions， thus forming a situation of both improving language learning ability and strengthening ideological construction.

盧利（2012）曾指出：“目前外语教学网站并没有比较科学、成熟的体系，特别是在网站构建如何最大限度地贴近学生的爱好和专业、开发的智能类型以及挖掘可利用的教育资源等方面仍然有很长的路要走。”本项目组成员在外语学习过程中发现便于外语学习的网络文化平台数量较少、质量参差不齐，且将课程思政与外语学习结合的网站平台更是少之又少。葛军（2021）指出：“Web 2.0技术的盛行让所有人都能够从资源的接收者变成资源的提供者，这更是降低了信息门槛，加剧了信息质量和传播目的的不确定性。对于外语课程思政而言，需要让学生接触、阅读和领悟有助于培养正确的人生观、世界观、价值观和道德观的外文信息和案例，需要从信息海洋中进行查找和辨别。因此，当前信息资源的特征给高校外语课程思政教学带来了诸多挑战。……
