摘  要：本科毕业论文是对高校教育教学过程的监控和教学成果的检测，更是对学生综合性、拓展性的学习能力和学习效果的衡量。近年来，教育部对于本科毕业论文的管理更加重视，结合国家的政策、应用型本科高校的现状，以及本科毕业论文管理各环节所存在的问题，构建全过程化的管理监控体系，提升网络平台的利用空间，为促进本科毕业论文的质量管理提供参考。

Abstract： Undergraduate thesis is not only the monitoring of college education and teaching process and the detection of teaching results， but also the measurement of students' comprehensive and expansive learning ability and learning effect. In recent years， Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has paid more attention to the management of undergraduate thesis. Combining with the national policies， the current situation of Applied-oriented undergraduate colleges and the problems existing in various links of undergraduate thesis management， a whole-process management and monitoring system has been constructed， which can improve the utilization space of network platform， and provide reference for promoting the quality management of undergraduate thesis.

0  引  言

應用型本科院校以创新应用型、技术技能型人才培养为目标，以提高学生实践能力来引领人才培养流程建设，根据产教融合、协同育人的人才培养模式进行教学改革，实现学科专业与产业链、课程内容与就业需求、教学过程与生产过程衔接。新建应用型本科高校在办学条件、学术氛围、教务教学管理等方面存在较多有待规范和提升的地方，师资条件薄弱、生源质量分较低这些客观条件限制了其整体的教学质量和教学效果，毕业论文作为检验教学质量和效果的最后一个环节必然也受到影响。新建应用型本科高校在不断的探索和实践中形成科学、规范、全过程化的毕业论文管理体系，加强对本科毕业论文的管理。教育部在《本科毕业论文（设计）抽检办法（试行）》中明确指出，每年进行一次本科毕业论文抽检，抽检比例不低于2%，抽查结果将作为本科教育教学评估、一流本科专业建设、本科专业认证以及专业建设经费投入等教育资源配置的依据。……
