摘  要：2020年一系列社会突发状况的袭来给全国范围内的所有高校带来了一次重大考验，在此期间高校想要做好校园管理、开展教学科研工作就必须依靠科学有效的实践路径。该研究将以江苏大学在此期间的具体举措为例，对全国高校在组织学生、运转内部机构以及畢业生就业等工作上的问题进行考察，总结出其应对社会突发状况的路径创新。研究采用示例考察的方式，在深入分析示例并探索全局的基础上达到以“一点看全局”的研究结果。

Abstract： In 2020， a series of social emergencies will bring a great test to all colleges and universities in China. During this period， if colleges and universities want to do a good job in campus management and carry out teaching and research work， they must rely on scientific and effective practice path. Taking Jiangsu University's specific measures during this period as an example， this paper investigates the problems in the work of organizing students， running internal institutions and graduates' employment， and sums up the path innovation of coping with social emergencies. The research adopts the way of example investigation， and achieves the research result of "seeing the whole from one point" on the basis of in-depth analysis of examples and exploring the overall situation.

2020年全球性突发事件的来袭是对全国人民和中华民族的一次重大考验，不同职业、不同年龄的各类人群的生活和工作都受到了严重影响。高校作为培养新时代人才的重要阵地，其各项工作的开展也受到了疫情以及其他相关社会突发状况的限制。全国各高校自2003年非典以来首次应对类似全国性的重大突发状况，这是对高校自主治理能力和执行政府政策能力的一次重大考验。各高校采取创新手段并整合社会和校内资源，迅速制定了应对突发状况的应对措施和师生复工、复学的相关安排。这是以习近平总书记为核心的党中央应对社会突发状况的重大决策部署下，高校师生坚持“四个自信”并充分发挥中国特色社会主义制度优势的结果。在此视角下，该文将从重大突发状况背景下高校面临的实际问题出发，以江苏大学为例进行具体考察其应对方式，最后分析并总结高校应对突发状况的路径创新和优势体现。……
