【摘    要】高质量、高效率的教育不仅仅依赖学校教育的力量，更需要家庭教育的补充和辅助作用，这样才能形成家校之间的相互补充、合作共进，对学生形成全面的教育和影响。所以，做好初中家校共育工作十分重要且尤为迫切。对此，本文将以现代教育教学理论为依据，从唤醒家校共育意识、向家长宣传科学教育方法、拓宽家校共育渠道和途径、开发家长参与课堂资源、建立家校共育激励机制五个维度出发，来分析加强初中家校共育的科学方法和具体策略。

【Abstract】High-quality， high-efficiency education not only relies on the power of school education， but also needs the supplementary and auxiliary role of family education， so as to form a mutual supplement and cooperation between home and school， and form a comprehensive education and influence on students. Therefore， it is very important and urgent to do a good job of home-school co-education in junior high schools. In this regard， this article will be based on modern education and teaching theories， from awakening the awareness of home-school co-education， publicizing scientific education methods to parents， broadening the channels and ways of home-school co-education， developing parent participation in classroom resources， and establishing family-school co-education incentive mechanism Starting from five dimensions， we will analyze the scientific methods and specific strategies for strengthening home-school co-education in junior high schools.

家庭教育是学校教育和社会教育的起点与基础，对学生的思想和行为有着直接且深刻的影响，所以对学生的培养离不开家庭教育的参与与支持，只有加强家校共育才能够使素质教育最大限度地发挥出其功能和效用。因此，学校与教师必须要充分认识到家庭教育的重要性，并积极地对教育观念和思想进行革新，主动地去探索科学、高效、创新的工作方法，以真正加强和实现家校共育，形成教育合力，实现教育内容的互补，提高教师的教学效果，最终共同为学生的全面发展和健康成长做出的努力。

一、积极转变传统教育观念，唤醒家校共育意识

通常来说观念、思想和意識决定个人的行为习惯，要想做好家校共育工作，就必须要转变传统的教育观念、唤醒良好的意识。因此，初中教师应当摆脱传统的教育观念和思想，真正认识到家校共育的重要性，并树立以人为本的理念，以每一位学生和每一位家长为本位，以良好的态度去对待家长，使家校共育能够由单向式变为互动式。……
