摘  要：以温州知识产权学院知识产权管理专业为例，深入调研挖掘学生因素在实践教学中的影响，解决学生学习自主性不强，缺乏实践经验、学习获得感不强以及专业定位不清晰等问题，通过任务驱动、产业驱动和自我驱动，提升学生的通识能力、专业能力、创新能力和创业能力，最终构建以“三驱四力”实践教学模式为中心的知识产权专业实践教学体系。

Research on Practical Teaching in the Major Based on “Three Drives and Four Forces” --Taking Intellectual Property Management Major of Wenzhou Intellectual Property Institute as an Example

Abstract：  Taking the intellectual property management major of Wenzhou Intellectual Property Institute as an example， this paper deeply investigates and excavates the influence of students' factors in practical teaching and gives solutions to the problems， including students' weak learning autonomy， lack of practical experience， weak sense of learning acquisition and unclear professional positioning， improving students' ability of general education， profession， innovation and entrepreneurship driven by task， industry and themselves. Finally， the practice teaching system of intellectual property major centered on “Three Drives and Four Forces” practice teaching mode is constructed.

2020年中共中央政治局第二十五次集体学习时，习近平总书记指出：“创新是引领发展的第一动力，保护知識产权就是保护创新[1]。”人才是我国经济社会发展的第一资源，[2]职业人才培养是推动创新的基石，为了更好地服务经济和社会发展，国家先后出台《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（以下简称《方案》）、《财政部 教育部关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》（教成〔2019〕5 号）（以下简称“双高计划”）等系列政策文件，推动职业教育改革。知识产权管理专业，在国家双高计划的指引下，大力推进各专业实践教学模式深化和改革，积极探索师资、企业、岗位需求、学生等各因素在实践教学模式改革过程中所起的作用。

一、知识产权管理专业实践教学中学生要素分析

在高等教育实践教学体系的构建中，绝大多数学者是从人才培养方案的制定，校企合作产教融合平台搭建以及“双师型”师资队伍建设的角度出发进行阐述。……
